Mary, Mary Quite Contrary Height - 10", Width - 6", Depth - 8". One-of-a-kind figure whose head and limbs are sculpted from polymer clay, with a cloth body over a wire armature, and hand painted porcelain eyes. She wears clothing and leather "Mary Janes" made from original patterns. Mary was inspired by Maxfield Parrish's nursery rhyme drawings done for seed company catalogs. |
